This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Your Responsibilities /n - Assemble products per work instructions and drawings. Be able to identify rework mating parts as needed. /n - Ensure equipment/instrumentation has current calibration. /n - Acquire instruction sheets, product drawings, mating parts, shipping containers and /n - hardware for production needs. /n - Perform electrical and mechanical tests on products. Record test information & troubleshoot when necessary. /n - Set up as required fixtures for assembly, mechanical, electrical, and leak tests. /n - Wire using electrical DWG's all Switch Gear switches. /n - Pack to bill of material and audit shipments. /n - Have computer skills to perform fault interrupter programming, control box, testing, retrieval of product drawings & work instructions. /n - Maintain KBM data integrity, production records and associated paperwork. /n - Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicable. /n - All other duties, as assigned. /n /n Your Background /n - High School diploma or equivalent /n - At least one year of manufacturing experience required /n - Mechanical skills/ability, good organization skills, ability to read blueprints, and interpersonal skills /n - Ability to use hand and power tools /n - Knowledge of multimeters and continuity testers, preferred /n - Ability to lift up to 45 lbs /n - Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functions /n - Ability to stand for 8 hours daily /n - Comfortable bending, twisting, reaching /n - Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environment /n /n While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay starting at $19.25. 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Monday - Friday Go to myBenefitsABB.com and click on "Candidate/Guest" to learn more Health, Life & Disability /n - Choice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan. /n - Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core Plus /n - Vision benefit /n - Company paid life insurance (2X base pay) /n - Company paid AD&D (1X base pay) /n - Voluntary life and AD&D - 100% employee paid up to maximums /n - Short Term Disability - up to 26 weeks - Company paid /n - Long Term Disability - 60% of pay - Company paid.
