Assistant As an Administrative Assistant , You will provide
administrative support to an outpatient substance abuse counseling

Advancement Opportunities Major Responsibilities Answer inbound
calls for staff and route appropriately to extension or voicemail,
or convey messages Field and address general calls and inquiries
regarding services provided at Rise Above Greet arriving clients
and complete appropriate check-in procedures Collect and record
payments for services Schedule evaluation appointments Maintain and
report group registration and attendance as needed Process
evaluations and communicate status of evaluations with referral
sources Complete other duties as assigned by management team Job
Qualifications Minimum of two years’ experience in clerical or
administrative work Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experienced with
electronic health records preferred Bilingual speakers are highly
encouraged to apply Education and Experience: · High School diploma
or equivalent (required) Job Competencies Plan, organize and
