With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Estimator to join our team with a strong background in commercial construction. What You Will Be Doing - Consulate with personnel to discuss & formulate estimates - Prepare Estimates - Prepare cost statements - Review labor & all costs in regards to estimates - Seek & Identify new subcontractor partnerships along with retaining old one's - Work with Project Management to prepare & establish project strategy What You Need for this Position - 2 years of Estimating experience - Solid computer skills (Microsoft software) - Experience with procore or other construction software What's In It for You - Strong, competitive base ranging from $100k - $125k - Bonus Potential - Health, Dental, Vision Insurance - 401k company match - PTO/Holidays So, if you are an Estimator with Commercial Construction experience, please apply today! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
