Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, focusing on multi-family luxury residential developments and condominiums. This role is essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Experience with multi-family and luxury residential projects, especially condominiums. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with project management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
