Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, seeks a Senior
Electrical Engineer to enhance our team by contributing to projects
focusing on power, natural gas, and renewable energy solutions.
This vital role involves overseeing complex electrical design,
system reliability assessments, and project management for our
operations across various markets in the U.S. The successful
candidate will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring
the efficiency and effectiveness of our energy systems, which serve
countless homes, businesses, and public sector entities. Develop
and oversee detailed electrical system designs and specifications.
Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance
with industry standards and company objectives. Perform system
reliability analyses, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrating new
technologies and sustainable practices. Mentor junior engineers and
support staff development. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources
for multiple projects. Stay updated on industry trends and
regulatory changes affecting electrical engineering within the
energy sector. Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering
principles and practices. Strong project management and leadership
skills. Expertise in energy systems, including power distribution
and renewable energy technologies. Proficiency in using electrical
design software such as AutoCAD Electrical or similar. Ability to
analyze complex data and problem-solve effectively. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional
Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is
a plus.
