What We’re Doing At Lockheed Martin’s Moorestown, New Jersey
location, our Launchers Engineering Team within the Sensors,
Effectors, and Mission Systems (SEMS) organization develops
advanced mechanical systems that support naval and missile launcher
technologies. We are focused on designing, building, and delivering
high-performance launcher hardware that operates reliably in
demanding environments, enabling critical defense capabilities for
our customers. The Work In this role, you will contribute to the
full mechanical design lifecycle of launcher systems and related
hardware, including: Conceptual and detailed design of mechanical
parts and assemblies for launcher systems. Development of
engineering drawings and technical data packages supporting
manufacturing and integration. Execution of trade studies to
evaluate design alternatives and optimize performance,
manufacturability, and reliability. Support for prototype builds
and transition to production hardware. Collaboration with
cross-functional teams during fabrication, assembly, and system
integration. Investigation and resolution of hardware discrepancies
during build and test activities. Preparation and presentation of
technical updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.

analytical skills. Experience working with CAD tools and creating
detailed engineering drawings. The ability to independently execute

need: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or
Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering with 5 years related
professional experience or Masters and 3 years related professional
experience. • Ability to obtain & maintain a security clearance at
the SECRET level (U.S. Citizenship required) • Professional
(post-graduation) engineering experience with mechanical design •
Demonstrated experience modeling within CAD modeling software such
as Creo Parametric (detailed part and assembly design) • Experience
creating and modifying 2D drawings (Technical Data Packages)
Desired skills What will set you apart: • Active SECRET clearance •
Demonstrated experience in organizing project tasks and delegation
• Working knowledge of EPDM • Demonstrated knowledge of product
design lifecycle (problem reports, change notices, etc.) •
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with adjacent
disciplines • Demonstrated proficiency in Creo Parametric (detailed
part and assembly design) • Experience interpreting and applying
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing • Strong verbal and written
communications skills • Working proficiency in Microsoft Office

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a
variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. National Pay Statement The base range for this
position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $181,113. Benefits offered:
