Job Description:

The position plans, organizes, coordinates and controls the clinical and administrative functions for the assigned departments on
a twenty four hours basis in accordance with Nursing Department and Hospital and System strategic plans. Ensure that [unit/department/division] is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations.
GRADUATE FROM AN ACCREDITED SCHOOL OF NURSING; BA IN NURSING OR CURRENTLY MATRICULATING REQUIRED; CURRENT NJ RN LICENSE; MINIMUM THREE (3) YEARS NURSING MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED; BLS HEALTHCARE PROVIDER; SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF ALL ORIENTATION PROGRAMS.
