Overview

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for compliant and efficient daily operations of Warehouse. Responsible for adherence to schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

--- Maintain compliant and efficient daily operation of Warehouse.
--- Assign personnel tasks as required to meet daily needs.
--- Monitor the material needs of all departments and work closely with operations to ensure all materials are staged for scheduled jobs.
--- Perform staging for scheduled jobs.
--- Monitor and assist with shipping and receiving.
--- Attend daily production meetings, raise any warehouse issues with group.
--- Assist with warehouse equipment and space maintenance.
--- Perform daily walkthroughs in warehouses and address any safety or compliance issues.
--- Maintain cGMP standards in all areas of warehouse operations, including material identity, put-away, material storage and segregation, and material locations.
--- Provide hands-on training for warehouse employees, on-board and train new warehouse employees, including processes and equipment qualification.
--- Participate in cross-departmental teams, helping identify process improvements.
--- Develop and generate weekly and monthly reports on daily warehouse operations as applicable.
--- Within area of responsibility, understand and comply with all safety, environmental, DEA and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations.
--- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Qualifications

--- High School Diploma or GED required. AS degree a plus.
--- 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or other manufacturing environments, specifically in inventory control, manufacturing or supply chain.
--- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in ERP systems with ability to investigate and resolve errors.
--- Team player with the ability to perform multiple tasks on a daily basis, make routine decisions and resolve problems.
