- Strategic Growth & Expansion: Create and implement effective
business strategies aimed at increasing market share within the
beauty industry, specifically focusing on skincare, haircare, and
body care product lines. Identify new business opportunities and
ensure the alignment of growth objectives with company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Work closely alongside the
Customer Success Managers and Customer Coordinators, ensuring
smooth project management from initial customer engagement through
order delivery. Establish strong relationships with key customers,
ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Prospecting & Innovation: Actively search for new prospects and
innovative opportunities to expand the customer base. Engage
current clients to identify areas of potential growth and introduce
new product ideas and innovations that align with their needs.
- Project & Account Management: Manage key client accounts,
ensuring milestones, timelines, and budget forecasts are met.
Provide regular updates and track project progress to ensure smooth
delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal
teams to leverage company capabilities and deliver customized
solutions to clients. Ensure that the business development efforts
are aligned with technical and operational aspects of the
organization.
- Industry & Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends,
competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in contract
manufacturing. Use this knowledge to inform strategic
decision-making and help drive company growth.
- Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on key business
development metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on
data to optimize the sales and business growth process.
- Team Contribution: Collaborate effectively with the broader
Business Development team to share insights and strategies. Present
ideas and client strategies clearly through presentations and
meetings.

- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development or
sales leadership within the beauty industry, with a specific focus
on contract manufacturing for skincare, haircare, or body
care.
- Industry Network: Established network of industry contacts and
a proven track record in client relationship management within
beauty or contract manufacturing sectors.
- Business Acumen: Strong financial and business planning skills,
including budget management, forecasting, and business reviews.
Ability to manage and grow existing client portfolios while
building new relationships.
- Independent & Results-Driven: Self-starter with a strong
ability to independently manage projects and drive results. Proven
success in selling long-term partnerships, not just one-off
transactions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with
a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate
effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Role Understanding: Willingness to manage both business
development and account management, building long-lasting
relationships while also handling the strategic elements of the
role.
