• Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided ordersRequirements: -
  • Current LPN license in the state
  • Up to date first aid and CPR certification
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
