Job Description:
Summit Home Care New Jersey - Summit Home Care is looking for a
Pediatric Nurse for a case in Lakewood, New Jersey for over nights.
We are looking for a healthcare professional that has experience
with complex pediatric cases.
Responsibilities:
Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Requirements: -
Current LPN license in the state
Up to date first aid and CPR certification
Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
