Purrfurred Veterinary Care is located in Howell, NJ. Dr. Tracie Glicker opened the hospital in September 2018. Dr. Glicker have a loyal clientele that results to a high patient flow in the office, daily. Dr. Glicker is looking for a CSR/front desk receptionist to join the team at Purrfurred Veterinary Care in Howell, NJ. Desired applicants are dedicated and enthusiastic professionals that are encouraged to have a flexible availability-including mornings, evenings, and weekends; strong team working skills; self motivation; multi-tasking abilities; excellent communication skills; and possesses a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, busy practice. CSR/Front Desk Receptionist-responsibilities will include (but not limited to) -managing a multi-line phone system -scheduling and confirming appointments -greeting clients upon arrival -checking clients in/out -processing payments -managing medical records -assisting in keeping the clinic clean and orderly -assisting the doctor and technicians with the treatment of patients-when necessary.
