Job Description:
A healthcare system in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed
Breast Imaging Attending to join their growing medical team in
Monmouth County. Responsibilities: TheBreast Imaging Attending will
be responsible for: Supervising and interpreting various breast
imaging studies, including mammograms, ultrasound, magnetic
resonance imaging (MRI), and other specialized breast imaging
techniques Meeting with patients to discuss their imaging results,
explain any findings, and answer questions Performing or
supervisingminimally invasive procedures, such as breast biopsies,
to obtain tissue samples for further analysis Ensuring the quality
and accuracy of breast imaging procedures Participatingin quality
improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of
breast imaging services within their department or institution
Often collaboratingwith Breast Surgeons, Oncologists, and other
medical professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
with breast conditions or breast cancer Performing other duties, as
needed Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the State
of New Jersey Board Eligible / Certified Your privacy is important
