license and DEA. Minimal to no procedures required and have 2
physicians and 1 other APP on staff. Additional Job Details Case
Load/PPD: 15 - 20 patients per day Support Staff: 2 physicians and
1 APP on staff Patient Population: All Ages Location Type: On-Site
