Job Description Nurse Manager | Operating Room – General Surgery & Transplant - Manhasset, NY Are you an OR leader with organ transplant experience? This is a chance to lead a high performing surgical team in a cutting edge transplant program including heart and lung procedures. What you will do Lead nursing practice and patient care delivery for the OR unit Oversee staff, operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance Foster a culture of excellence in patient and family centered care Manage daily operations with 24/7 accountability for unit performance Schedule and location Day shifts 37.5 hours per week Option for five 7.5 hour shifts or four 10 hour shifts No on call Worksite in Manhasset, NY What we are looking for BSN required.
