Reach for you. Compensation $72,892 – $96,582 Total Compensation
22-27 billable hours/week (full-time) | You choose your level Base
salary: $65,000 – $88,000 depending on your chosen level Want more
time off? River Levels offer up to 10.2 weeks PTO Want higher
income? Mountain Levels offer higher base with 5-7 weeks PTO
Bonuses: $30/hr at 97-100% of target | $50/hr over 100% Retirement:
3% match monthly ($1,890-$2,640/year) Healthcare: Medical/Vision

individualized treatment plans using dynamic, functional
assessment—not just standardized testing Provide Caregiver
Education as a billable service (because family involvement drives
real progress) Collaborate through Medical Team Conferencing with
interdisciplinary partners Develop group offerings that reflect
your clinical passions Work in homes, community settings, and
nature-based environments Provide clinical supervision for an SLP
Assistant (SLPA), supporting their professional development and
ensuring quality care delivery What We're Looking For Oregon
CCC-SLP license in good standing Genuine passion for
neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care—not just
familiarity, passion Strong collaborator who builds real
relationships with families High integrity and excellent
follow-through Bonus: Pediatric feeding therapy experience Bonus:
