Job Description:
Catholic Health (CH) is currently recruiting a Board
Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our growing Women’s Health
Service Line. This position will be anchored at Mercy Hospital in
Rockville Centre, NY (Nassau County). Catholic Health is an
integrated health care system serving the communities of Long
Island, New York. The System is comprised of six hospitals, three
skilled nursing facilities, a regional Home Care and Hospice
service, and a multiservice, community-based agency for
developmentally disabled individuals. Catholic Health has over

The system serves more than three million people across Suffolk,
Nassau, and Eastern Queens Counties of New York. For the past few
years, Catholic Health has been investing in the Women’s Health
Service Line to develop a system-wide integrated program with
specialties that include OB/GYN, gynecologic oncology, maternal
fetal medicine, Urogynecology, and minimally invasive gynecologic
surgery. These OB/GYNs will support 4,700 deliveries system wide
annually (1000 deliveries at Mercy). The appropriate candidate will
be part of a skilled team of maternity specialists from
board-certified physicians, nurses and experts in high-risk
pregnancy. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a

Participate in an expanding our system-wide Obstetrics and
Gynecology program · High volume and broad diversity of OB/GYN
cases · Experience demonstrating excellence in evidence-based
obstetric care and surgical skills · Flexible work shifts ·
Experience in monitoring laboring patients as well as delivering
unassigned patients · Direct record of safety with a patient safety
focus · Program that prioritizes social responsibility, respect,
dignity, sensitivity, advocacy and community service - with a

levels Qualifications: - NYS Licensed MD or DO - Board Certified /
Board Eligible - Strong clinical background in evaluation and
management · Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the
ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a
culture of patient safety and participate in performance
improvement Salary Range: $340,000 to $425,000 This range serves as
a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of
factors, including a candidate’s education, training, skills,
licensure and certification, competencies and other relevant
experience. The salary range listed does not include any bonuses,
incentive pay, or other forms of compensation that may be
applicable to this job and it does not include the value of
