our team! Our Pediatric Dentists can expect: Great emphasis on
treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality
Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental

insurances. Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work
efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8
hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles.

benefits We are looking for an exceptional Associate Pediatric
Dentist to join our group. The day to day clinical duties of an
Associate Pediatric Dentist include the following: Work with
clinical staff to provide quality patient treatments Ensure work
area is maintained safe, clean, and organized Follow standard
dentistry procedures and comply with company policies Refer
patients to appropriate specialists when needed Stay abreast with
latest developments and techniques in the dental field Work with
office staff in managing patient appointments and schedules to
achieve productivity goals Exuding excellent interpersonal skills
to maintain effective rapport with patients, Dentists, office
managers, and other staff members is imperative Associate Pediatric

currently in New Jersey Pediatric Dentistry Specialty license
