Description Atlantic Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Per Diem Pediatric Physical Therapist to support the daily operations of our Atlantic Rehabilitation department in Morristown. This is a great opportunity to begin or continue your healthcare career in a supportive, team-oriented setting. This position will require the applicant to provide consistent coverage 2-3 days per week (1-2 afternoons required) with additional coverage for team member vacation(s) as needed. Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position: -Provide physical therapy evaluations in an outpatient setting with pediatric patients with ages 0-16 w/ varied developmental, neurological, & orthopedic diagnosis -Experience with medically complex infants and children -Design and implement PT plans of care -Communicate and collaborate with entire patient care team -Perform all electronic documentation per discipline and departmental guidelines Qualifications Required: Graduate of an accredited PT program NJ License to practice PT Preferred: 2-4 years’ experience working w/ 0-16 years of age Preferred experience working in an outpatient pediatric rehab setting
