This role is responsible for building and optimizing our HR systems
and infrastructure to identify and execute on opportunities to use
analytics that are usable, actionable and valuable to inform our
talent decisions of today and in the future. You will be
accountable for selecting and deploying various HR technologies
that will enhance our processes and policies to enable a seamless &
efficient experience throughout the employee lifecycle. The
successful incumbent will bring a deeply analytical and
process-oriented mindset dedicated to driving programs that
facilitate a positive employee experience.Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight, administration and delivery
support for Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefit Programs, LOA's, HR
Programs, Compliance & Reporting
- Manage Payroll Operations & Benefits Administration via ADP
tool
- Accountable for HR system data integrity reporting and
management
- Proactively partner with colleagues across HR, Finance, IT and
other stakeholders to support business activities and
initiatives
- Evaluate, select and expand/implement HR technology solutions
that align with the HR strategy and business objectives
- Consult to determine user needs, requirements, identify areas
where processes need streamlining or revisions to better support
the business
- Offer technical expertise and insight to support informed
decision making, demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for
process optimization and manage the identification of technology
solutions
- Drive process improvements to enhance visibility and
accessibility to relevant information as it relates to HR.
Understands process flows to determine where efficiencies can be
derived
- Drive the selection, implementation and upgrades of all HR
tools and processes to ensure we are optimizing our use of
technology in streamlining people operations
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and business leaders to
fully understand their business needs, identify any key concerns
and opportunities that can be addressed through the analytics
- Work with Talent Acquisition, HR & Talent Management to
identify key workforce trends and human capital analytics (i.e.
hiring acceptance rates, promotion analysis, attrition trends,
diversity & inclusion
- Ability to lead design and implementations of interfaces from
primary HR systems and coordinate all activities including
requirement gathering, data mapping, design specifications, test
strategy and scheduling with IT and vendor teams. Provide direction
to technical developers for data conversion, complex reports,
interfaces, error handling and system configurations
- Provide training and user support after changes in the systems
and/or procedures are implemented

Qualifications:Education/Training:
BA/BS (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR
Technology/Systems
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Demonstrated experience in performing complex reporting and
analysis
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to
manage multiple priorities with tight timelines
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively
interact with senior management.
- Ability to Work Cross-Functionally with All Levels of
Staff.
- Strong business acumen and business partnering skills
- Solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and
federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR
administration.
- Listens actively to others and assimilates their input and
views. Respects and relates well to others from varied
backgrounds.
- Encourages and respects the contributions of others at all
levels in the team; works to develop team spirit and
contribution.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, organizational and facilitation
skills.
