Job Description:

Job Summary The main purpose of this position is to communicate with applicants and candidates of the company to bring as many qualified individuals into the company as possible. This position is also going to be responsible for the onboarding of new hires into the company.Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruiting applicants for various positions within the company
• Interacting with our department heads on their needs for job openings
• Reviewing required training for our existing team members
• Onboarding new hires into the company
• Compiling welcome packets/binders for new hires
• Coordinating logins for various systems and email addresses for new hires
• Reviewing and refreshing job posts
• Follow up on interviews
• Follow up with new hires after they've been with the company for 60-90 days
• Review training requirements for both Ethos HR and the OEMs for our teams
• Continue to promote and remind employees of any referral programs/rewards we're offeringQualifications
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
  • Strong Computer & Phone Skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
