Job Description:

A busy New York hospital is seeking a Payroll Assistant to support operations activities within our team.

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Develop job aids, training materials, and other communications, including memos.
Work with Payroll Team Leads to document processes and communicate payroll-related matters to the organization.
Lead orientation activities for new employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required.
Previous experience in Training, Human Resources, Onboarding.
Graphic Design background would be a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Expert attention to detail skills to catch spelling, grammar, and procedures errors.
Highly organized.
Strong technical ability, including Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite, and Training Content Development Tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
