Pay Range: $100k-$200k Responsibilities: Manages and oversees all phases of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution. Requirements : Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to both New Jersey and Delaware Bars require. Requires meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive legal expertise across multiple practice areas, handling complex litigation, providing expert legal counsel, and representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes. Chancery experience.
