Associate, Partner Experience will support Blue Meridian Partners'
Partner engagement strategies. This role will provide critical
operational management and internal coordination to enhance the
engagement, learning, and overall experience of Blue Meridian’s
Partner community. ? Primary Responsibilities Career Path

City. Hybrid working arrangement allowed. Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited
to the following: Coordinate cross- functionally to develop and
maintain operating models to deliver enhanced Partner experiences,
including a regular cadence of Partner meetings and additional
communications touchpoints. Support the design and execution of
best-in-class Partner experiences that strengthen Partner community
engagement aligned with Blue Meridian’s investing priorities and
business strategy. Track progress against engagement goals to
evaluate the impact of Partner experiences and inform continuous
improvement. Support Partner engagement across channels, including
the development and delivery of Partner - facing communications
(e.g., correspondence, presentations, and reporting ). Coordinate
internal communications and clear systems to ensure ongoing
alignment , follow-up, and accountability . Manage logistical and
operational details related to Partner meetings . Co-develop
planning for new learning opportunities within the Partner
community, driving processes that result in continuous improvement.
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder
coordination across Investor Relations workstreams , with a primary
focus on Partner meetings and learning opportunities. Maintain
clear documentation and systems related to Partner communications
and engagement activities . Support other Partner experience
initiatives as needed . Qualifications Aligned with Blue Meridian’s
mission and core values. At least 5 years of professional
experience in relationship management, client services, or
operations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong
project management and organizational skills with exceptional
attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication
abilities Experience developing professional communications
materials Ability to synthesize complex information into clear,
actionable documentation Strong interpersonal skills with a
professional and genial demeanor, and the ability to work with
people with different backgrounds and experiences Demonstrated
ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies to enhance
productivity and work quality. This includes experience with AI
tools for tasks such as research, content generation, data
analysis, problem-solving, or workflow automation . Demonstrated
understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including the
ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, apply
appropriate judgment when using AI assistance , and integrate AI
tools effectively within their work processes. Proactive
problem-solver with ability to manage multiple priorities Working
knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software quickly Preferred
Experience working in philanthropy, nonprofits and/or strategy
consulting desirable Background in investor relations, partner
management, or client services Perspective from direct experience
living or working in communities with significant low income or
otherwise disenfranchised peoples preferred Experience with process
improvement methodologies Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and

you to apply. Hiring Salary Blue Meridian Partners aims to provide
a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package. The
hiring salary for this position is $ 127 ,000. In addition to the
base salary, each member of Blue Meridian is eligible to receive a
performance-based variable incentive bonus. Blue Meridian also
