a difference. Requirements Responsibilities: Manage a busy caseload
under supervision from inception through settlement or verdict.
Engage in all aspects of litigation, including pleading
preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trials as experience
grows. Long-term commitment with opportunities for growth and
professional development. Qualifications: Previous personal injury
experience preferred. Strong research, writing, and organizational

Eligibility: After 12 months with us, you're eligible to
participate in our 401(k) plan, with generous matching
contributions. Compensation: Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
annually depending on experience. Additional Compensation: You will
be eligible for performance-based bonuses and salary raises with no
ceiling, with no billable hours required. Additionally, you will
receive one-third of the total fee collected on any cases you refer
directly to the firm in the future.
