Personal Injury Paralegal – Hackensack, NJ Positions Available:
2-3 Experience Required: 5 years SourcePro Search is seeking
experienced Personal Injury Paralegals to support our attorneys in
managing a high-volume caseload. If you have over five years of
experience in personal injury law and excel in providing
exceptional client service, this is an excellent opportunity to
join our team. What You’ll Do: Assist attorneys with all phases of
personal injury cases, from prelitigation to trial preparation.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery
requests, and motions. Communicate with clients, medical providers,
insurance companies, and opposing counsel. Review and summarize
medical records and other case-related documents. Manage case
calendars, track deadlines, and schedule depositions or court
appearances. Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials
for hearings or trials. Provide general administrative support as
needed. What You’ll Bring: Experience: At least 5 years of
experience as a personal injury paralegal, preferably in a
high-volume practice. Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal
software and tools for document management and case tracking.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the
ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and
attorney interactions. Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and the
ability to work effectively with attorneys and staff.
