We offer a NEW MODEL OF CARE IN AUTISM. Through our comprehensive developmental therapy and multidisciplinary therapy team (Speech, Occupational, and Mental Health Therapy), we will help more children and teens achieve the outcomes that are most relevant to themselves and their families as they achieve greater growth, independence, and joy.
We believe deeply in the power of the developmental approach because we have personally seen firsthand the transformation our children and families experienced. We are looking for graduates, paraprofessionals and certified/licensed professionals who have a passion for helping children with developmental differences to join our integrative team!Benefits/Perks:

  • $20-26 dollars/hour (based on requirements/qualifications)
    • All required trainings, lectures, and supervisions are paid
      • Mileage Reimbursement (work-to-work commute)

            • Working one on one with children and/or young adults with ASDs by providing developmental therapy
              • Commuting to and from clients' home
                • Receive weekly supervision from a Master's Level Clinician.
                  • Attending clinical lectures
                    • Attending Team Meetings (Duration: ongoing throughout employment)
                      • Willing to drive up to 20 milesQualifications:
                        • Reliable transportation/Valid driver license
                          • Bachelor's Degree preferred in fields related to Psychology, Education, Child Development, etc.
                            • Past experience working with children
                              • Bilingual (not required but applicable)
                              • This position requires a high-level of dedication, must be able to commit a minimum of 6 months to a client schedule
