Supervises the installation of pre-fabricated components such as windows, doors, insulation and related products on the customer sites. Responsible for all aspects of Install activities including planning, coordinating and assigning work in order to meet or exceed installation scheduling goals.
*Monitors installation schedule in order to coordinate the delivery of materials, sequence of installers and optimize use of equipment and manpower; maintains progress against target records for installation activities.*Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.*Troubleshoots problems on the installation site; writes change orders, recommends adjustments to installation schedule, discusses and resolves quality of work issues with subcontractors as needed.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
