Our staff warmly greet patients on the phones, help patients with registering in the patient portal, among other responsibilities. Applicants must have the ability to apply common sense understanding in carrying out written and verbal instructions. As part of our team of healthcare professionals, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure that each patient has a pleasant experience when visiting CHEMED.

Requirements

Position Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 1-3 months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong clerical skills. Prior clerical experience preferred
• Prior experience with telephone responsibilities preferred
• Must be able to read and comprehend basic instructions, brief correspondence, and memos
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
