Job Description:

Materials Coordinator Pay Rate: - $20/hr. Location: - Lakewood, NJ Hours: - Monday-Friday - 7:00 am till 3:00 pm Materials Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the movement and storage of inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick and stage raw materials/components as required to support work orders on the production schedule
• Complete material returns and issue materials to orders in the ERP System
• Handle the receiving of materials
• Manage the delivery of materials
• Process FedEx shipments and other activities as required
• Assist with the shipment of finished goods, samples, and other materials as required
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor with tracking of work orders
• Dispose materials that are rejected and/or authorized to destroy
• Provide direction to Fork Truck Drivers
• Conduct regular cycle counts
• Maintain warehouse safety
• Perform additional duties as needed Materials Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize work in order to accomplish tasks assigned
