What You'll Do:The Payroll Analyst plays an important role within the Talent (HR) team by performing a number of tasks related to Biltrust's payroll functions. You will be responsible for utilizing advanced understanding of payroll principles to successfully and accurately process company payroll, reconcile complex reports; as well as investigating all current payroll auditing reports.Accurately process and record the company's US bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and International payroll utilizing our HCM, including all year-end reporting, while working closely with AccountingProcess monthly payroll for commission, incentive, and bonus paymentsSupport, maintain and optimize the HRIS/HCM database. Ensure the system records are accurately recorded and crosschecked, ensuring that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed.Process and send payroll reports to appropriate parties once payroll has been completedProcess Garnishments and Withholding orders and do calculations specific to new hires, benefit changes, garnishments, LOA's, terminations, rate changes, etc.Maintain employee records in our HCM including processing new hires, terminations, employee changes, Paid Time Off (PTO) requestsAssist with special projects as needed including compliance reporting and auditsWork closely with the Equity team for reporting requirements for stock transactions and administrative support for the ESPP program.Audit and maintain backup to support all variable payments such as bonus and commission payments.Responsible for year-end W2 audit, reconciliation, and distribution processWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, along with 3+ years of multi-state and international corporate payroll experienceComfortable identifying issues and proposing solutions for process improvementExtensive data entry skills, spreadsheet, and word processing proficiency required.Knowledge of laws affecting human resources and payroll administration. Understanding of payroll and human resource reporting and recordkeeping requirements.Strong computer skills including working knowledge of HCM systemsComprehensive knowledge of payroll laws and payroll tax regulationsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh degree of professionalism including the ability to handle sensitive/confidential materialMust be highly organized with the ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and multitasking several assignmentsStrong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environmentPublic company experience is strongly preferredCPP is a plusTarget Base Compensation: $59,000.00 - $80,000.00Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
