seeking an Outside Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing
elite agencies in the country! You will be responsible for
generating results through advising prospects on property and
casualty insurance. Were conveniently located in Roseland, New
Jersey, and offer a hybrid remote work model, providing the

Continuous Growth and Learning Environment Responsibilities Achieve
goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty
insurance from leads that are provided by the agency. Ensure that
the sales process is followed on a consistent basis with all
prospects Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and
following up with all prospects accordingly. Responsible for
accurate underwriting. Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new
products & rules for our industry. Requirements Licensing: Active
NJ Life & Health or Property & Casualty License is desired.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles
is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written
communication skills are essential. Persistence: Ability to work in
a dynamic environment and persuasively communicate with clients.
Team Collaboration: Must be proactive and work collaboratively with
teams to achieve sales goals. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity
with sales software and CRM tools is beneficial.
