Performance-Based Compensation This is a Commission Bonus role with potential earnings between $125,000 – $250,000 annually , and top performers earning $300,000 . Paid training at $700/week, plus uncapped commissions with an accelerated payout during your first 5 months — starting at 100% upfront in month one and moving to a standard 50/50 split by month six.
