Availability Programs run from mid-June through early September .
Required participation for the entire duration of the program,
typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 am2:00 pm. Applicants must be
available until mid to late August . Note: We are unable to provide
housing at this time. Additional program locations, schedules, and

Responsibilities Lead Scientists will schedule and lead engaging
lessons, activities, and discussions focused on marine science and
conservation. Directly manage our Support Staff and Interns as they
work together to implement scheduled activities Lead Scientists are
responsible for communicating directly with parents and guardians
and relaying all relevant information back to administration.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for program
participants. Assist with the setup, maintenance, and organization
of program materials and supplies. Work collaboratively with team
members to deliver high-quality educational experiences. Adapt to
varying outdoor settings and independently lead small groups when
necessary. Ensure the safety and well-being of participants
throughout the program. Qualifications Passionate about
conservation and our oceans A degree in marine sciences, biology,
education , or a closely related field is required. First Aid and
CPR certification is required upon hire. Previous experience in
scientific fieldworkor teaching is preferred. Ability to lead and
conduct program activities in an outdoor setting . Strong
communication and organizational skills . About Us In 2007, our

expanded to more shores and local communities, reaching thousands
of students and families along the way. Our mission at New Logic
Marine Science Camp is to ignite passion for marine science,
conservation, and environmentalism in the next generation of
scientists worldwide through our hands-on, feet-wet outdoor
